Pepper Plex Mourain Construction builds a new 4,590 SF concession and restroom building for Pepper Plex Sports Complex in New Iberia. Other aspects of the project included new paving systems, new drainage systems, ballpark fencing and utility infrastructure.

UL Lafayette For the UL Lafayette Renovation, Mourain Construction renovated the Rougeou Hall student lounge. The project was funded by Offshore Energy Services. We provided the demolition and construction of the new student lounge.

Musson-Patout Automotive Mourain Construction constructed 30,000 SF of concrete paving with subsurface drainage for Musson-Patout Automotive. The project included the installation of new site lighting and signage.

FASTORQ Mourain Construction engineered and provided a state of the art pressure testing booth for Fastorq. The testing booth was engineered and designed to meet the maximum testing pressure for their operations. The pressure testing booth was designed to be relocatable and accommodate a 2-ton work-station crane.

Center Street Elementary The administrative wing addition to Center Street Elementary in New Iberia consists of 1,670 SF of new construction as well as installation of an architectural “Cloud” ceiling in existing corridors. The project was completed on time and on budget.
