The new R&R Rig Service facility was a Design-Build project. The 6,000 SF facility includes 1,800 SF of offce space and 4,200 SF of warehouse space. The building features a 10 ton crane capacity structure and foundation along with premium industrial grade amenities. The project was designed in four weeks and constructed in six months.
