The River Rental Tools facility was a design-build project. The 6,750 SF facility includes 1,750 SF of office space, 1,750 SF of mezzanine storage, and 5,000 SF of shop. The shop accommodates a 10 TON bridge crane, subsurface sump system, and industrial grade doors and infrastructure components. This project was designed in 6 weeks and built in 7 months.
